Dortech company was founded in 1995 and since then has been conducting a professional activity in the area of packaging of food, cosmetics and wet wipes. From 2021, the company moved to a new Production Facility that meets the highest production and sanitary standards.

In 2013, a new blister packaging department was opened as a professional extension of the commercial and production offer for the pharmaceutical industry (packaging of capsules, pellets, tablets in blisters). In the same year, the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 and HACCP System were implemented, thanks to which the quality and safety of the services provided increased significantly.

In 2015, the GMP – Good Manufacturing Practice system was implemented in the cosmetics packaging process in order to further increase the quality of services provided, thanks to which the highest quality and purity of materials used for production, as well as. full control over the origin of raw materials were obtained.

In 2016, the packaging department for polyethylene tubes and the sachets packaging department in the “stick” packaging were opened.

With a view to further professional development of business operations, Dortech is gradually implementing various technological and production solutions aimed at increasing the scope and quality of services provided, thus acquiring new business partners. It is also supported by optimization of production processes, improvement of implemented quality management systems and introduction of the Comarch ERP XL management system.

In 2018, Dortech purchased a software along with the required equipment to control prepackaged KTP products – products with the e-sign on the packaging, which contributed to the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of its own production capabilities.

Within its extensive commercial offer, Dortech has also developed its internal Technology Department, in which it creates its own recipes and, at the request of other customers, also ready product recipes.

In May 2018, the company confirmed constant high quality approaching the certification of the HACCP system and obtaining 97% of points. Which confirms the certificate.
