MAP packaging system – protective atmosphere packaging

Due to the wide range of various products available on the market, an important aspect that is crucial when selling them is their durability while maintaining high quality.
To address this problem, Dortech Sp. z o. o. has introduced a protective atmosphere packaging service (MAP system).
The MAP system is a packaging process based on displacing oxygen from the atmosphere and replacing it with another gas, e.g. nitrogen.
Packaging products, especially food products, in a protective atmosphere allows for a longer shelf life while maintaining their taste and quality.
During production, the technological process is analyzed using a modern WITT analyzer, which constantly checks the residual oxygen content in the packaging.
We provide protective atmosphere packaging for production lines for sachet packaging and stick packaging.
We can provide protective atmosphere parameters according to the customer’s recommendations.
