About us

Dortech was founded in 1995 and has since then been continuously operating professionally in the packaging and confectioning of food, cosmetics, and wet wipes. In 2021, the company moved to a new production facility that meets the highest production and sanitary standards.

In 2013, a new blister packaging department was launched as a professional expansion of our commercial and production offerings for the pharmaceutical industry (blister packaging of capsules, lozenges, and tablets). That same year, we implemented the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and the HACCP System, significantly improving the quality and safety of our services.

In May 2018, the company confirmed its consistently high quality by undergoing HACCP certification and achieving a score of 97%. This is confirmed by the certificate and its annual updates, preceded by external audits.

The company has implemented ISO 13485:2016, allowing it to expand its services to include custom packaging of medical devices, and is authorized to package materials and supplementary feed mixtures for pets.

In 2016, a polyethylene tube packaging department and a stick packaging department were launched.

With the continued professional development of its business in mind, Dortech is gradually implementing various technological and production solutions aimed at increasing the scope and quality of its services, thus attracting new customers. This goal is also achieved through optimization of production processes, improvement of implemented and ongoing quality management systems, and the introduction of the Comarch ERP XL company management system.

In 2018, Dortech purchased software and the required hardware for the control of pre-packaged goods (KTP) – products with the e mark on the packaging, which contributed to acquiring new customers and expanding its own production capabilities.

In addition to its extensive commercial offer, Dortech has also developed its own Technology Department, where it creates its own ready-made product recipes and those commissioned by other clients.

Urbaniak Leszek “Dortech” is implementing a project co-financed by European Funds entitled “Purchase of machines, equipment and software to implement the results of R&D work in the field of innovative packaging solutions at the Dortech plant in Pobiedziska.”

The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of Dortech on the Polish and foreign markets.
